The current monthly production capacity can reach 30 million meters of PVC (polyvinyl chloride) edge banding strips. The product variety is diversified, and it is one of the few manufacturers in the industry whose product series covers PVC thick edge, PVC thin edge, ABS, and special shapes.
Three Edge sealing techniques
1. Straight edge sealing. The edge banding process is difficult to operate and usually requires hot melt glue to be applied on the back of the edge banding. At this time, it is necessary to use an high sticky adhesive and short aging time, which is conducive to fast bonding and avoids quality problems
2. Soft formed edges sealing.
For furniture with curved ends, hot melt adhesive is usually applied to the back for edge sealing. This process is called "soft formed edge sealing".
3. Post-forming edge sealing. Use the same surface material to cover and seal the surface and end faces. This is "edge sealing after molding". The process is relatively complicated. It uses the outer area of the board material as the edge sealing material, and applies it to the board and edge sealing. The adhesive is applied separately for infrared drying and continuously strengthened with hot air until seamless fusion.
